Alliance with RYL|? Empty Alliance with RYL|?

Hans told me that all the plans have been made and it has been finalized.We are going to have an alliance with RYL|.
An RYL| member is suggesting that we merge both the clans to create one huge clan.We must not take this decision without the approval of the whole clan.Lots of ppl are inactive.Their opinion must also be taken into account.
Hans if you have the details of the alliance,can you please post it here?
I want to know you guys' opinions.
